Came here to return a few pairs of jeans that i purchased online. The cashier was friendly & personable. Although they were short staffed, she handled the return transaction quickly with ease & remained professional despite the long line. Looks like they could use some more help staff-wise. Store was clean & well organized.

I've worn 501/505 series and these materials are sturdy even when going through the harshest wash. Today I came in to relive my past experiences. Workers are humble and quiet keeping to themselves, but will help and answer questions. Took couple pairs of jeans to try in dressing room. To my surprise my waist size wasn't what it used to be. Try on another pair to make sure I wasn't seeing things. Unfortunately it was a reality. Due to this situation I left without a purchase. Not that store or employees fault, they didn't do anything. I just wanted to make sure the jeans at home tucked away at home would still fit me before returning. I did find two pairs that I like and may eventually wait for black Friday. If deals are good enough, I may buy four pairs that'll last me another 2-3 years.

Hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in ages. It's not just their policies (I was returning and wanted the original card credited but didn't have it with me.) but their ATTITUDES. They asked me if I had returned there before. I've never been asked that and the jacket had never been worn, still had its tags on, and I had the receipt. Shop elsewhere. Customer service or satisfaction means nothing here.
