Just..no. Manager was so rude! I had called the store ahead of time to inquire about the return policy, because I had received something as a gift and wasn't provided with a gift receipt. So, the girl I spoke with said that it was fine and that I could either exchange it for something else or get store credit. Went all the way down to the store and the manager basically just told me "no". When I told him I had spoken to his employee...he asked her about it and she denied ever talking to me! Seriously? So unprofessional...get it together j crew!

Staff is helpful. Their selection is pretty good considering their small store.

kick yourself in the face if you give them business - just get it over with. the "$300 pup tent sweaters" according to other reviewers they sell will fall apart and unravel within days and their manager "jason" will crassly wave to your face "well that's your problem and as a business, I've already helped you out by selling to you so that's all I can do...."  they'll deny any responsibility and make you REGRET FOR SURE for dealing with the mentally challenged untrained unprofessional bunch of monkeys that are surely to waste all your efforts because they will ALWAYS TREAT YOU AS A BAD JOKE - test it out you've been warned.

The staff is helpful but the selection in this location pales to the flagship San Francisco store. Not their fault but it makes it hard to rate this place favorably
