It was probably the best customer service I received in years!! The person helping me went out of his way to remove the corrosion from the terminal and advised that I replace one of the important parts that connects to the battery for optimum performance. He also helped jump start my car and gave directions to the nearest auto parts store. If I wasn't a broke college kid, I would have definitely tipped him for all the help!

Very happy with Batteries Plus! The recent cold weather snap finished of my old Toyota van's battery, thus I need it replaced ASAP. I was pleasantly surprised that they provide free car battery installation, which on a freezing day like today, was an extra bonus! Cheers to the brave employees who did a great job with the install, with barely a wait, which included a slight bracket tweak to fit the new battery, also at no charge!

The woman was there all alone today and did her best to service everybody in a timely fashion only one elderly woman left early because she didn't have time to wait to give her pacemaker battery.

Purchased a battery for my Honda Fit through the Battery Plus website which was listed as in stock at this location. Received a call saying that the battery wasn't in stock but that they were working to get it to the store. About 40 minutes later I got an email saying the battery was ready to be picked up. Called the store to verify that they did indeed have the battery for me to pick up and they said yes. When I arrived at the store I was told they didn't have the battery. They stated that they did have the battery at some point in the day but didn't that it was no longer in stock.
