My tire and wheel package was delivered to store at 10 am said my email. When i arrived at 4:30pm it wasnt even processed yet. So instead of helping me right away, they helped 3 other people. After the customers were gone, the person points to my wheels in back and goes, you can grab them. I thought it was wierd. Ups also said it required a signature and an ID. Neither happened. So im guessing after i left they processed it then forged my signature. Not saying it happened but not sure why i wasnt asked for one.

The best UPS store.Good customer service and friendly staffs.  I went to ship my package and there was a guy,I think his name is Niraj. He helped me to shipped my package. He is very nice , friendly and helpful. He has a good smile. He is an asset to your company. Don't let him go.

The people that work here are always incredibly kind and courteous. They go above and beyond to help you and don't nickel and dime you like other similar businesses do. I only take my shipping and printing business here. Thank you so much for your memorable service.
