I purchased a shirt - no place to try it on so ended up with the wrong size. EXTREMELY SMALL - and I bought a size up from normal. Somewhere I have misplaced my receipt. I purchased it on my credit card with my season ticket discount - you would think they would have technology in place to pull up the details. Nope - their answer was sorry - I need a receipt. All I want to do is exchange. VERY disappointed. Yes - I should have kept my receipt my bad - but update your technology to be in line with the rest of the retail world. It is not cheap to support your team - you should have better customer service than this. Lesson learned for me.

This store is always very busy before and during Wild games. When there is not a game going on, they close early in the evening, so plan your trip accordingly.

Huge selection of items. If you are going to look for a Sweater or jersey (whatever side of the debate you are on) this is the place to go. They can make them while you wait if they have the names and letters. Up to 4x that i saw. The salesperson i worked with was very helpful even though it was 45 to close and still made the sweater for me while i looked around. During hockey games it is difficult to get in here and shop but it is open when games are not going on.

Went to Maplewood Mall to get a Dubnyk jersey the day of the first home playoff game vs the Blues last year. Decided to go with a custom jersey because it was the same price and Dub's hadn't resigned yet-didnt want to be out 200 bucks if the guy ends up not playing for the Wild. So, they called the Xcel location as this is where they are made-told them what I wanted-and told me to drop by in 45 minutes and it would be ready. I was shocked that the day of a playoff game they could get it done so quickly. I left the mall and headed to DT Stp and it was ready right when I walked in the door. Perfect in every way. Also, I was able to pay at Maplewood and everything just streamlined right from store to store which was convenient. A++++

Do not buy from here! They will lie to you, waste your time, and jerk you around! I came into the store to have a jersey made for my girlfriend. The night before I was quoted that the time it would take to make it would be 45 minutes. The next day I ordered and waited for 45 minutes just to have them tell me they were out of the numbers, couldn't make it and would call me when it is done. I called 4 days later because I hadn't heard anything they had told me that they sent it to a third party to get made and they would call me when it was done, I assume this was a lie because they make their jerseys in the store. I called 2 weeks after that (I waited so long because I was sick) and they hadn't even made it and said they would make it and it would be done in a half hour. All I received was a sorry, no explanation or compensation.
