I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy today. I was looking to buy a PS4 game and asked customer service if they would price match an Amazon price. The customer service person confirmed they would after looking at the price I had pulled up on the Amazon app (it was sold and shipped by Amazon). He told me to go to the checkout and they would honor it. I proceeded to the checkout, where there was a decently long line. There was only one person checking customers out. Numerous employees wandered by the cash registers, yet no one came to help the checkout process. Finally a second person came to help. She told me that she could not honor the price as it was out of stock on Amazon. If that is the rule, that is fine, but they need to be on the same page as their customer service staff (customer service saw that it was out of stock as well when I pulled the price up on the app). Anyway, I went over to Target and they were happy to honor the out of stock price. (Amazon also was happy to honor it when it was back in stock as well, I already had an order in with them at that price). Anyway, I will be happy to shop at Target any and every time moving forward!

This Best buy is very nice lay out and good use of space! The employees are very friendly and helpful! I thought it was hilarious that that the product that was on display was a camera to see what's on the other side of the door! I mean there's a window! I don't know if that was suppose to be funny.
I would have gave them 5 stars but they didn't have a Moto X4 case that I drove there for.

I just bought a Smart TV and receiver.   The store employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly.  I had Geek Squad personnel set up my new TV, receiver, blu-ray and cable box and they were very knowledgeable and helpful and they took time to teach me how to use the new system and left me a card in case I had questions.  I was very pleased with Best Buy and have purchased electronics from them in the past.

I called to inquire about remote starter installation, the geek squad guy didn't answer my questions thoroughly angry just hung up on me. He sounded like he didn't have time for my questions. I normally don't give reviews online but feel like I should share this worst experience.

I appreciate that the people that work here will walk around and ask "do you need any help?" but more often then not when you do need help.... they cant help. "A" for effort I guess.
