Customer service was excellent! My husband and I were tended to immediately after we walked in the door. All the deals and offers were explained in great detail to us in order to make an informed choice about phones and plans for our family.

I would literally give this store a negative star rating if it were an option. I came in hoping to upgrade my phone. I waited for any of the THREE unoccupied store associates to check us in, and assist with the account- none of them ever spoke to us, acknowledged us, or did anything. The store obviously wasn’t busy.  I do not recommend this store because of its staff.

The problem I have is with att. I moved from Verizon because of bogo deal at att.  BIG MISTAKE.  THE phone reception in Stafford is horrible. No one could hear me on the phone. 
I had a phone interview and I could not hear what the interviewer was saying. 

My daughters school nurse called and I could not here her.

There's no reason that a customer should have to wait over an hour  and a half for service when two managers are walking around doing nothing. Go to a different store. I've had decent experiences here in the past but I'm not coming back.

Update: we have been here for over two hours and still habe not spoken with a salesperson who can upgrade or phone. We would have left a long time ago but we feel committed to seeing this through. This is absurd.

I called into the store to get some information on the HBO included with the Unlimited Plus plan that I just switched to. I spoke with Steve who was incredibly rude!! He didn't know which app to stream it from and when I asked for clarification he became irritated with my questions and voiced aggression towards me.  This is not the way to treat customers if you want to keep them!
