I was looking for a TV & wondered in to the Big Screen TV, and was greeted by Ed Hodge who was very helpful. I had been to other places Best Buy and others. He was able to find me what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I have highly recommend others to go there. He was able to answer all my questions. Than you Ed for your time and help.

I love the 82 inch Samsung, and the furniture I bought. Superior service… Ed treated me like a family friend. Corey told me that the two of them had a cumulative 28 years of working experience for the big screen store! I loved the experience!!

The purchase and installation of my big screen TV could not have been better.  Sales person was informative but not pushy.  A price check with Best Buy and Amazon was done in store to demonstrate that I didn’t over pay.  Installation was on time and professional.  I will never buy a TV anywhere else!

I recently purchased a new qled and fireplace from the big screen store and let me tell you, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Great service, great people and an amazing TV! Ed, Doug and Cory are all awesome! I will definitely purchase my next TV you guys.
