I love my new pre-certified Audi A6 and it was all made possible by the hard working people over at Bay Ridge Honda. Most importantly the salesman I worked with Joseph Ross. He worked with me every step of the way. He made sure all my issues were taken care of and most importantly he was willing to work with me on getting the car to a price point I could afford. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car and have already sent his name to a few of my friends who are looking to purchase.

I love my 17 Accord Hybrid!!! After 3 months, I still feel like it's my first time driving it. I drive for ride share companies and this baby is perfect for it! I'm averaging 45 miles per gallon and when I need an extra boost, I just kick it into Sport mode and awaken the beast. Great service from Raymond. He remembered me and went 100 extra miles to make sure I get into the Accord Hybrid the second time of asking. I came in before but realized I had to terminate my lease with another company before buying my car. The only thing is that Staten Island Honda offered a better monthly payment, extra options like all season mats, etc, and free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. They had already sold the trim I wanted and needed to get a car right away so that's why I went back to Raymond at Bay Ridge Honda. He will find a way to get you into the car of your dreams.

I brought a 2018 car from this dealership and do my first simple oil change service and waste customer 1 full day next morning hour. Here's what going on, yesterday I have a scheduled in the early morning for oil change and 2 other issues. I took the car to the service dept on-time and explain the car need oil change and 2 other issues, the 2 issues doesn't have to get fix on the the same day. just let me know what's issue and how long will take to fix the 2 issues. I told the service advisor ( Steve), I need the car back on the same day, please let me know the time I can stop by and pickup. He took me and write on the service paper, the car should pickup @ 5-6 PM and he will call me on that time. I just drop off the car there and left the shop. Around 5:20PM I contact the service advisor and ask for the update on my car. He told that, the car is not ready for pickup, I said, ( What ...) did you do the oil change ? he told me that, nope, nothing has been done. This very upset me on the service they provide. I can't believe they just park my car to the one area and didn't do anything with it. I went to the shop on the same time around @ 6 PM, I spoke with the service manager, what kind the poor service you guys provide? why waste the customer a full day and didn't do a simple oil change? He just can't give me the correct answer and said, there;s nothing he can do about it. just ask me, do you still want to do the oil change? Of course, "YES" This service should been done long time ago. That means I have waste another 45 minutes there. What the poor and sucker service they provide. Finally, I pickup my car and went home, Another surprise on next morning, I move my car from my parking space and found out that, there's a oil leaking under my car, I took some picture and contact the dealership service dept and spoke to the manager again. He told me that, he can send the tow truck to pickup or I drop of the car myself. I don't trust them anymore, I don't want any more surprise or waste more of my time with them, I told the service manager, I will stop by in 30 minutes and make sure the issue get resolved it asap. Car drop off and finish all the paperwork again, and waiting..... after 45 minutes past.... The service advisor ( Steve) didn't even notify me the service has been done. I walk over to his service desk and saw him chatting with one, not the customer. I ask him that, it's my service done ? He said, Yes and just give the paper to the cash windows and pickup the car. I just don't want to waste anymore time and talk about the issue. What ever service advisor told me, the oil just need to clean up and it;s not leaking. wow, do you think, I believed a single word what he said? So, think about it before take your car to this location for service.

UPDATE: I previously wrote a negative review about this dealership based on our experience with a particular staff member, but we returned a few days later because we were still interested in buying the car. This second visit brought my review from one star to five stars. We met with Robert Alfonso, one of the sales managers, and he was very apologetic about the situation and explained that no harm was meant whatsoever. He was kind and genuine and understood our concerns as well. He worked with us to sign the lease on our new Honda and the experience was much much better. As I initially said, Raymond was amazing on our first visit as well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cooperative with us on our budget. The guys at this dealership really are great! Thanks for a great experience, Robert.

I love love love my Honda Civic ... so of course the minute something went wrong I went directly to Honda bay ridge.... please keep in mind after two years i only have 8600 miles on... i drive like a grandma... esp because i babysit and constantly have children in my car.... on feb 1 I brought my car in because all of my notifications were lit up on my dash board....5 days later I finally received a call from a representative telling me my computer chip cracked and it is being replaced. 5 days later my car was ready for pick up.... I picked it up, drove it 3 blocks and parked it. They following day I was off to a babysitting job and jumped on the expressway but stopped... the minute I hit over 46 mph it sounded like I had a flat or a box under my car. The repair shop was closed so I had to wait until Monday to bring the car back... two days later I get a call to come in and see the damage myself... basically was told that i must have bottomed out and my shield and clips are missing and my whole subframe is completely damaged and my car is deemed as unsafe to drive and it is a 2500-3000$ job to fix . I think if i bottomed out i would notice if my shield came out ! After showing my own mechanic, he even said if i did this myself there would be damage to the outside of the car..... After waiting two weeks for corporate to call me, they finally said I need to take it up with the general manager at bay ridge. I received the run around and was not able to speak with Anthony, but I did get some nasty rude man who claimed to be a manager and basically kept saying he doesn’t care what the reviews ( because there are a lot of negative ones ) say about his shop, maybe someone else drove my car without me knowing ( I’m sorry 80 miles and 13 days later ??) and just kept stressing the fact that I shouldn’t be upset insurance will pay for.... I am sorry but if this was done by me why didn’t anyone notify me the first time i took the car in ??? If my shield was cracked how come it never made the noise before I took it in? Poor rude customer service !!! A month later my car has been sitting in my driveway !!!! BE AWARE BE VERY AWARE !!!!!!
