I am a long time customer of Staten Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, recently starting my third lease with them in a row. My salesman Jay H. was wonderful throughout the process, keeping me up to date on the status of my Cherokee, ensuring my needs were met, and that I received the car I wanted complete with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend asking for Jay H. if you need a new car. In addition, Alicia A. has been a pleasure to work with while finalizing all my paperwork. They are a great team!

It would be a perfect world if maintaining a vehicle was as easy and stress-free as purchasing one; however, from dealing with salesman Joe Smith, Finance Manager John, and Service Director Chris Miros, it has been almost perfect. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler approximately two years ago from Island Auto Group, and over that span of time there have been some issues that arose with my vehicle, from a short-circuited Bluetooth microphone to issues with my brakes, and even the body of the truck. If you asked me to write this review six months ago, I'd have given the service department a one star review filled with expletives; but I have to be honest: Chris and his team really do step up to the plate and deliver. There is something you need to understand about this dealer's service center, and really almost any other dealer's service center: They are more than likely swamped with repairs and other tasks. Also, it took me about a year to realize this, but they really do not have enough loaner vehicles and it is not their fault. I have tried to be understanding of all these things through all of this. In any event, I recommend buying a vehicle from Island Auto Group, at least the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram part of the company. I also want to thank Matt and Chris in the Service Department for their assistance and insight on some of these issues.

Very helpful and friendly. Accommodating to my needs when it came to pricing and repairs on purchasing a used car. Jeff was a delight to work with. Stayed late to give a test drive and was more than willing to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I recently went to look for a new car to lease here because a family member highly recommended Joe Smith. He did not disappoint. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience such a pleasure. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. His customer service was the main reason we decided to lease the car. Thank you for making our experience a great one and I would definitely recommend Joe Smith to anyone.

Horrible service, only about money here. If you're willing to pay higher prices for average or decent service, this is your place. Do not expect anything beyond insincere flattery
