Anthony (sales rep) and George (finance rep) are the very definition of customer service. On a holiday weekend when things were very busy, they made us feel like we were the only people in the room. They were friendly, humorous, honest, and very generous with their attentiveness to our questions. They also went to extreme degrees of effort to ensure that they were helping us to get the best financial package possible. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. 5 stars!!!

James (Sales Manager) and Ray (Sales Rep) are very informative about the cars they sell. James would do anything to make the customer satisfy and happy, at the beginning I did not feel good about there CPO program but James give me few good options to meet all my requirements and pricing. After I drove the car home I noticed the floor mats were missing, I called them up and they shipped me all the mats in 2 days (including the one in trunk).
However, Ali the finance guy was not so customer friendly, he made us wait 1.5 hrs before giving giving us the finance options, he did not even have a courtesy to say "sorry for keeping you wait" and did not like the way he talked. This was the only negative thing I experience here.

Overall, a good place to buy a car, highly recommend and I could see customer satisfaction is there top priority.

Everyone was great. Steve was amazing getting me the price I wanted, Anthony was terrific explaining extra options. I can't recall one of the guys name but he assisted with making sure I got the best policy from my insurance company. He was incredible I'm sorry I can't recall his name.

I just purchased a new car at this dealership and had an outstanding experience. It was hassle free and without any high pressure sales pitches. There were no hidden costs and everything about the sales transaction was transparent. Thanks Patrick (Sales Consultant), James (Sales Manager) and Anthony (Finance Manager)!!

I had a wonderful experience, I was impressed with the attention I received especially from Al Mckie. He was very knowledgeable, caring and patient as a salesperson. He was willing to work with me and patient enough to understand my needs as a potential buyer. He made me really happy and excited about making the best choice of car which I did with his professional guidance. Thanks ever so much to AL.
