I am a long time customer of Staten Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, recently starting my third lease with them in a row. 

My salesman Jay H. was wonderful throughout the process, keeping me up to date on the status of my Cherokee, ensuring my needs were met, and that I received the car I wanted complete with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend asking for Jay H. if you need a new car. In addition, Alicia A. has been a pleasure to work with while finalizing all my paperwork.  They are a great team!

Very helpful and friendly. Accommodating to my needs when it came to pricing and repairs on purchasing a used car. Jeff was a delight to work with. Stayed late to give a test drive and was more than willing to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I recently went to look for a new car to lease here because a family member highly recommended Joe Smith. He did not disappoint. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience such a pleasure. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. His customer service was the main reason we decided to lease the car. Thank you for making our experience a great one and I would definitely recommend Joe Smith to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The worst service department I have ever dealt with starting with the service adviser, Chris up to the manager, Robert. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Horrible customer service and no help at all when dealing with an urgent matter. The staff feels entitled and talks to you like you are stupid. Contacted the GM, Michael who also was no help. Would not go here even if they were giving away free vehicles that's how bad they are! Go to Jersey! Much better service over the bridge.

I came to island Jeep and leased a car. This was my first time leasing & I had a great experience. Harry & the rest of the mangers (Aaron, Moe & Wes) did a great job making me feel at home. If I knew leasing a car would be this easy I would’ve done it a long time ago! I strongly recommend everyone who is reading this to go to island Jeep & ask for Harry!!! I promise you you’ll be writing the same review lol!!!!!!!!!!!!
