I stayed one night at the Baymont. Staff were very helpful and made check-in super easy. Even let me change rooms (I had accidentally booked a smoking room. I did not realize those still existed anywhere.) Probably should have kept the original room because the one I moved to had poor hot water and the toilet lid literally fell off as soon as I went in the bathroom. They did have a semi hot breakfast. Hot items are biscuits gravy, eggs, sausage, and make your own waffle. Location is perfect for access to hospital nearby. Also it is directly beside a Walmart which is a plus. Overall it was favorable experience based on the price. I May stay there again in a few weeks depending on pricing other hotels.

Housekeeping nightmare... When we checked in and got ready for bed we found no sheets on the bed. We called the front desk to let them know. She quickly brought more wrinkled unfolded sheets to our room. We simply ask if the sheets were clean and if we could get some pillow cases. The young lady stripped the bed and advised she'd be right back with all new bedding. While she was out of the room we noticed how filthy the mattress protector was with bodily fluids. We chose to cancel our reservation and went to a near by hotel. Staff was nice until we advised we were cancelling our room for the night and they never offered to see if they had a room that was clean etc. she just simply said well I'm not in charge of cleaning the rooms. We will not be back.

Spent 10 days here. Customer service was right on point. From front desk to the house keepers and maintenance. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was good but might change it up a little daily. It was a pleasure to stay here. Would stay here again. Need to be a little more smoker friendly.

We have stayed here 4 years, for two weeks each time during the Celebration. We like it for its proximity to grocery and other stores. The only thing really lacking is decent breakfast.Powdered eggs and flavorless sausage do not a breakfast make. The staff however is fantastic. Tia and the office staff are super helpful and friendly. The housecleaning staff are great. The place definitely needs updating. It changed hands since we were here last year and we had hoped to see improvements when we returned but we did not. The fitness center has been out of order since last year. One ice machine doesn't work. The breakfast is a serious issue. The air condidtioners were updated since last year which was good and So were the water heaters. We hope to see some improvements by next year because we love staying here.

Room was nicer than I was expecting. Bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was also much nicer than I have come to expect from hotels- they had a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage! For the price, I'd definitely stay here again.
