The staff was very kind and helpful especially when they ran out of regular rooms. We were able to get a suite for minimal upcharge! The bed was extremely comfy and it was quiet throughout the evening allowing for us to relax and rest. You can't even tell that you're right beside the interstate. We will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here because I was traveling with my dog and too sleepy to continue driving, and they allowed pets without an extra fee. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind and very professional. The breakfast was tasty and the room provided everything I needed for the night. The reason for the 3 stars is the smell of the room. The room smelled strongly of animals. I thought the body spray I used and the AC being turned on made it better, but I had just grown accustomed to the scent over time. When I returned to the room after breakfast, the scent hit me again. This is really my only complaint and I'm extremely grateful that I was able to sleep somewhere besides my vehicle with my dog, but it's important for a hotel to be equipped to rid their room of any foul smells caused by accidents and such.

We stayed in Manchester TN. with a reservation. The price was under $70 and it looked new. The clerk was pleasant and gave us an upgrade to a bigger non- smoking King room! It was big! It didn't smell like smoke either! Had a great night sleep. Would recommend!

They charged me twice, but fixed it quickly enough. They put my family in a smoking room but none of us smoke. The room smelled so bad of cigarettes, I couldn't sleep. When I asked to move to a non smoking room, they accommodated immediately. Service was very understanding and helpful about the request. 2nd room was much better. Pool was decent as well.

Great internet speeds. Always great to find a smoking room. However, the property is very tired and worn. Thin, scratchy towels.
