Clean and good internet. The stuff is friendly and takes the time to remember you. The town of Manchester is small so not much to do there. Breakfast isnt anything to great but there is some fast restaurants not to far away.

Have been here multiple times in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the place is starting to show it's wear and tear. The blankets and sheets were not clean and the carpet in the room is looking dirty. At least in our room, one of the family members woke up to multiple bites (draw your own conclusions). Final deal breaker was breakfast. While the menu is bigger, it was unnerving to watch the staff place buckets on the floor to stir up gravy and waffle mix. Seems like there is a better and more sanitary way. Disappointing as this was always a welcome stop on the way home. Details are being missed (screws missing in elevator panels for instance). Hope it improves.

Excellent hotel, especially for a $55/night rate. Clean. Comfortable. Wifi. Good shampoo and soaps. Good towels. Decent beds. Quiet. 
I'd recommend this hotel for anyone.

I booked a reservation directly at the hotel's website. My girlfriend and I were travelling with two cats. The website divides rooms by regular and pet friendly. There was no indication that there were any additional fees during the entire reservation process, nor was there any in the reservation confirmation. But, upon arrival, were were slapped with a $25 fee for the two cats, over and above the quoted price for the room.

I complained to the desk clerk to no avail. There was no manager available on a Sunday.

I called Microtel Customer Service and received nothing but an apology. The rep indicated that Microtel and Wyndham have no say over fees charged by the local management.

Will NOT use a Wyndham property again. Should have stayed at the Red Roof across the street. We stayed at one of those on the way to our destination, and I decided on Microtel for the "deal" that I was getting. No deal in the end.
