First room they put us in had a corner trim off the wall laying on the floor. They switched us to another room which was fine. Bed was nice. Stayed two nights and got a good night's sleep both nights. Breakfast was various breads and cereals, yogurt and a waffle maker.

Great location and quiet,no traffic noise.Updated and clean.Stayed here while in town working. I will definitely return to stay here again in the future. The staff is friendly and the coffee is great.The beds are also comfortable. This Baymont is the best one that I've stayed at.

Front desk lady didn't seem that happy but it was a nice room for a 2 star hotel. Shower curtains were more like window curtains but everything else was pleasing. Im 23 so i didn't need anything fancy. TV, wifi, comfy clean feeling bed, not far from any places to eat. Welcoming area

So the girl named Amber at the front desk will hook you up with a room for $20! That is, if you're a drug dealer who's down on hard times, a friend of the family or anybody who's looking for a cheap place to stay. She's the big ugly dark skinned lady with bulging eyes and fake hair and she works mostly between 3pm and 11pm. She told me that she makes up her own price for the rooms, charge what she feels and pockets the rest. I was floored when she said it so boldly as if it was a normal thing to do. I cannot make this up! I was at the hotel with an acquaintance who seemed to know her well. I was looking to pay for half of the room and before I could blink, she typed something onto her computer, my acquaintance gave her $30 and she pocketed $10. Not only is that EMBEZZLEMENT but the manager of the hotel doesn't even know what she's doing. PLUS! Third floor is the place where all the weed smoking goes on, especially the infamous room 336! I know this, because my acquaintance goes there on a regular basis and has even told me that another guest has opened the room door while he was staying there. Well...duh! You bought a room for 20 bucks! The guest who walked in probably paid full price and didn't expect you to be in a room they paid for! So not only is Amber embezzling money but she obviously doesn't tell the next employee who comes in after her what sh'e doing. I assume because she knows what she's doing is illegal! The rooms have bed bugs, and are never clean, so don't sleep on the beds unless you're into that kind of stuff. I'm just trying to help someone save themselves a trip to the hospital...or the clinic and hopefully her manager sees this and can save himself some money and trouble for the future. if you ever need a place to stay while in town, DO NOT STAY at the Baymont in Winston Salem, NC. Or, you could stay there and let your girl Amber hook you up for the low low price of a lawsuit waiting to happen. You're welcome.

Supposed to be non smoking. Stank like crazy. Kept window open two days. Burn marks on sink. Employee extinguished cigarette on side building threw butt on ground. Elevator trash in it. Front desk personel pleasant.
