Always a great place to stay when we are in the area. Clean and quiet rooms and helpful friendly staff, and have smoking rooms on the 3rd floor. I'm a former smoker, it was hard for me to detect the presence of past smoke in our smoking room. Con: sometimes the re is dust and small pieces of trash left in the room after cleaning. The continental breakfast buffet is pretty decent, too, if your reservation includes that option.

We planned on staying 2 nights because a relative was in the hospital near there. We paid for both nights in advance. Our relative passed away and we didn't need to stay there any longer. They gave us there condolences and refunded us the night we didn't use. Very nice people.

Room was clean, heater worked good. The next morning, I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. So I went ahead and took a cold shower. When I checked out they gave me a 25 percent discount so was nice.

Great location. Standard queen bed room very small. Walls thin, could hear a lot when tryn to sleep. Pillows super thick that I couldn't use one; husband did but neck hurt when got up. Breakfast was ok, waffle mix thin so came out airy and crispy. Check in service was excellent and lady was friendly.

clean rooms, friendly staff, make for own waffles for breakfast and I didn't have to drive in the ice and snow to go to work. GREAT
