I went to BCP Smyrna looking to purchase a new vehicle after mine was totaled in an accident. I went to other dealerships prior to going there that were more up north because I'm from Wilmington. Well let me just say it was the best decision I made. Between the manger, Curt and the salesman Ron they made what some people consider a hassle in buying a new car very easy. I was dealing with a lot between the insurance company and my gap insurance to get my loss paid off. The patience and consideration that they had was above and beyond what any other dealership would have dealt with! I can not thank them enough!! Today I'm driving a beautiful jeep because of them! I'm telling everybody I know that is looking for a vehicle to go there. Thanks again guys!

Best Service Experience, Stew offered me a shuttle service when I was stranded there after my car broke down.. They even offered to pick me up.  The shuttle driver was a kindly old man.  Very courteous and professional.  I would recommend their service department to all my friends

Went into look at a used car and found it sold prior to our arrival. Brandon our salesman guided us towards a different car and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Not only was our deal a good one but Brandon made the paperwork process fast and easy. I highly recommend Brandon and BCP if you are in the market for a new car.

The customer service at BCP SMYRNA is hands downs one of the best car dealerships in town. They are very detailed and patience when it comes to concerns with my van. Jim Curley was such a pleasure to work with when my Daughter purchased her car. He really took his time to make sure she was happy .  I would recommend   BCP to everyone .

I honestly don’t even know where to start. BCP SMYRNA is beyond Excellent when it comes to taking care of their customers. Bcp is everything a Great Car Dealership should be, from the sales department, service department, detail department and the ladies in the office, everyone goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs. Kudos to BCP and all of their employees, keep up the Great Work!!!!
