I asked for a fuse to be changed, no diagnostics or testing, just swap the fuse with my oil change. They said no problem, then i go to the cashier they said they tested the fuse and it was good so they didn't change it, but they charged me $25 to test it. The fuse would have been cheaper than the test and  at least it would have been replaced, they were horrible when i expressed dissatisfaction and they still charged me the additional amount without ever doing what i asked. 
I immediately changed our preferred dealership to another with a better reputation. 
Willis Chevrolet was horrible and was only nice until you have an issue then they are uncooperative and down right rude.  Aggie was our service rep.  On top of everything we were going tho have tires rotated and oil change our appointment was at 11AM. When we arrived we again told them we were waiting, Aggie said they eat lunch at noon so they wouldn't be able to do tire rotation unless we were willing to wait 3 hours... that's when i just asked for the fuse and the oil change... Even this took an hour.  Avoid this dealership!

Tony Benedetto was an awesome salesman. He didn�t pressure me in any way and went through my options. I was very impressed with the amount of time he took to go over the navigation system in the car with me and I really appreciated it. I was even more surprised that he called me a few days later to ask how I was liking my new car and if I had any questions about anything. I certainly would recommend someone to him for a future deal.

The Willis staff is always very accommodating and professional. I recommend this dealership to people whenever possible.  Every department is top shelf.

We always receive great service at Willis, especially from Aggie Donovan. She always goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of properly.
