My wife and I were in a really tough spot looking for a vehicle. Our credit was unfavorable and no other dealer would work with us. The sales rep that helped us "JR Santiago" was extremely kind and helpful not to mention expediate even though he was working with 3 other couples. I highly recommend working with Jr Santiago and Cox Auto.

Pedro Santiago is an amazing sales consultant, who not only knows what he’s talking about, but uses his resources wisely to try to make something happen, no matter your situation. I appreciate him very much and the Cox Auto Group team as a whole. Thank you! Highly recommended.

My sister and I went in and met with Pedro. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I was able to trade in my car with no money down thanks to him! Definitely would recommend him to family and friends.

Easily one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership, go see Pedro Santiago nice professional and explains everything you need to know and very punctual, id recommend anyone here.

Jr Santiago was very helpful and Understanding. If I ever need another vehicle, I'll definitely contact him personally again. I highly recommend him if anyone is in need of a vehicle. Also a plus, he's bilingual. Head over to Cox Auto Group in Newark.
