I recently bought an engine from these guys in Tempe. Just like I've read in the reviews the only employee there acts like he has no Time for anybody. On top of that I purchased a bicycle engine kit to put on my own bike. I asked the man before I left if there was any guarantee or warranty for the product multiple times he said no. When I got the kit home I found a cracked carburetor and spark plug ditch was missing. From what I understand about this company and what I've seen the fat tire bikes that they sell are pretty cool, however I would never by engine kit from them again and will be going back into complain. Had it been anyone else they would of been screwed but I just happen to have extra parts

After moving to Central Phoenix, I decided to get the SO a new bike for Xmas. We had ridden the rental beach cruisers around a couple of weeks before and had a blast. I knew there were a couple of manufacturers here in Tempe in close proximity. Kids and I stopped by the competitor first and they had cool bikes but they were more expensive than I was hoping. We went to Sikk and looked at their bikes. Not knowing what we were looking for exactly, we went back to competitor and asked about the differences. The owner fumbled around with his words and gave me long-winded non-answers to my questions. Went back to Sikk and asked the same question. He said he wouldn't talk badly about his competitors but would answer any questions I had about Sikk bikes. I liked that approach and he proceeded to answer questions about the options on their bike. Since we had just bought our 4yr old a bike, I asked if he could make a deal for 3 bikes, one for SO, myself, and 7 yr old. He made me an amazing deal and now our family have 4 matching white bikes that we all love. Found out the guy was the owners son and he runs the retail shop. Very helpful, very friendly. Our whole family rides through the neighborhood to brunch, dinner, or just for fun a couple of times per week. Bikes are awesome and we always get compliments. I do wish they had information about maintenance (how often to oil and what type) on their website.

Great, solid bike. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service (in person and over the phone). Seems the one employee that works there gets bored and needs to run some "errands" often as I arrived to a "Went to the Post Office" note. I had the same experience most others had....seems he doesn't plan to return unless you call. I had to call him on his cell phone and thankfully he showed up fairly quickly. But, he seemed completely annoyed by having to come back to work. He didn't speak much, when I had a question he was very short with his responses and was preoccupied with the phone most of the time (and arguing with a supplier of theirs). I had done my research and knew what I was looking for, so I found a bike I liked and bought it for a great price. I needed help putting the bike in my vehicle and he was good to offer me help. But, in the middle of helping me he decided to take a phone call again and left me to have my 10 yo son help me get in the car (These bikes aren't light!!). Since then the bike has developed quite a bad squeak/creak from what appears to be the rear hub and I've tried troubleshooting every possibility. I'm surprised I already have an issue when I only bought the bike approx. 2 months ago. So, I called and spoke to the same person. Again, he seemed completely put out by having to take my call and listen to my concern. He was again, short and wouldn't even entertain some ideas on what could cause the issue so I can preferably resolve it on my own. Instead he just said it's hard to diagnose over the phone (which I completely understand) and to bring it in to look at it. Thankfully, I live in AZ, but I'm not exactly close.....wonder what he would tell someone that had the bike shipped out of state?? I'm reluctant to bring it back in with the already questionable customer service I've received.

I was looking for a bike as was a family member and after seeing these reviews I thought, "Let's check it out!". While my experience wasn't bad, it was far from Five-Star. The gentleman there made me feel like an inconvenience. He wasn't very helpful or informative either. He was stand-offish doing his own thing. He just didn't seem like he wanted to help us. I was very disappointed in the overall service. The bikes, however, look amazing and are well built. I was able to test ride the UFO and fat cruiser and they were pretty awesome.
