Mission

Bike Saviours focuses on education. We can teach anyone to fix their own bike. We are also a collective work space and tool share for your repairs. We reuse bikes and parts and provide affordable access to bicycling.

Volunteers mechanics will help you with repairs for $5/hour or $15/day. This is an all purpose time to learn, use tools, start building a new bike, fix your own bike, get used parts, or do work trade.

Monthly on a Saturday morning (Check our Facebook events!)
Free! Drop ins welcome! Learn to teach others to fix their bikes. We'll cover whatever aspects of bike maintenance you're interested in while getting you ready to volunteer in the shop. We'll work on building and maintaining our rental and free bike fleet.

If we get more volunteers, we can open up more hours...wink, wink, nudge...

This shop is amazing! A wonderful group of volunteers who are passionate about bikes, and helping people become more confident with riding and fixing them up.

I went in to see if I could get a cheap used part (a huge selection), and I ended up learning all about how to fix up my shifter, and left feeling empowered and energized.

You get an awesome bike AND lessons in how to build/maintain a bike for less than the cost of a store bike. Amazing deal, can't recommend it highly enough. Working on bikes is a ton of fun, and you won't have to pay someone else to fix it when something goes wrong.

Great place to learn how to work on or rebuild a bike.  The staff and volunteers are extremely helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Spending time there is very therapeutic.

Great place good things Patrick does for riders of all types helpful and educational. Assisted do it yourself bike repairs. They show you assist you and you do the work. New and used parts and plentiful. Prices can't be best and if your down and no cash, Patrick will trade fairly for shop work when your done. Staffed by volunteers that are very helpful and answer any questions and if they don't know they ask Patrick who knows his stuff. This isn't your run down non profit shop full of almost used up parts it's clean well stocked new and used they pretty much have anything you need. Forget the traditional bike shop, bike saviours will not only welcome you in to fix your ride, they won't rape your wallet and u get to learn something and knowledge how to. We need a saviours everywhere. Got a bike to fix and need to get parts go hear use it

These people care about cycling and community, and both of those concerns come together to help seasoned cyclists, confused students, and low-income folks with no other options, mobilized and engaged in our local community and economy.   This place is immeasurably worth supporting.
