Fantastic service. Dave was forever patient in answering our endless questions and helping us test and compare bikes. We've been to this shop many times for parts, service, and now a new bike. Everyone we've interacted with has been friendly and helpful.

Great bike shop. We were just passing though town and needed a few basic things done to my husband and my mountain bikes. There were able to finish the work in the same day and gave us some good rec on good trails in the area.

Always good service here... never left hanging. Brought in an e-bike and they adjusted my brakes for free. Note: If you're e-bike has a throttle, remove it before bringing it in. Landis policy is to not service e-bikes with a throttle, only peddle assist (per the service tech that helped me).

Thank you so much, Landis, for squeezing me in to check out my bike for Arizona 70.3. I needed a new cassette to fit my bike wheels for an unexpected bike change for this race. I'm from Texas and this is my first destination race. I was very uncomfortable with having my bike disassembled, but they checked it out to make sure it was good to go. Very fast and friendly! I'm forever grateful! Especially since the race was the next day!

Had an issue when I got to ASU today. Pedal arm was wobbly even when tightened. Turns out it was deformed from riding with it loose thanks to my roommate. Staff immediately tossed my bike up on the stand and installed the replacement I bought for free, even lubed my chain. Awesome service to drop everything for a $20 dollar sale when they clearly had incredibly expensive bikes being worked on. I'll be going here next time I need something for sure.
