As much as I want to give more stars I can't bring myself to do it. My wife and I have been staying here every year for 10 years. Our first 8 years were completely amazing. For the last two years the level of service we had grown accustomed to have not been there. It seemed like when we needed something it was a hassel to get it. From extra towels to our anniversary gift from the kitchen. I really hope that the next time we decide to stay that the service levels are back to where we know they can be.

I just had my wedding at the Boardwalk Plaza this past weekend and I can not describe how perfect this place is.  The staff were amazing and did everything in their power to make sure our wedding weekend was perfect.  I have been here many times before and will be back as much as I can in the future.  Thank you all for an amazing wedding.  We love you all!!!!

The elevator ride offers a fantastic view of the beach.  There are thoughtful details throughout the room and hotel.  You are comfortable and very well taken care of.  Jim at the front desk is so friendly and will answer every question.   We had one night and really were able to relax.

Beautiful view and the service was spectacular. We've never experienced such hospitality at a hotel. And the hetaed pool was amazing!

Extremely charming step back into the Victorian era. Very clean. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.  PS - Love the African grey, conur, and finches in the lobby. Very fun listening to them chat with guests and staff.
