I'd love to post something positive so I'll do that first. The product is great, service was OK but the girl was an order taker, no genuine excitement or care about the person she is talking to. The rest of my experience has not been good. Bathroom was completely unacceptable. I know the profit margin on coffee houses and to pay these prices and not have an immaculate potty room is well, crappy. Fix your dispensers & clean the room very often, I shouldn't have to clean my own seat. Also, one guy running the joint? Lame, no wonder things get neglected.

This location ripped me off!! I ordered a camel frappe with two shots of expresso and was charged 12.00 for that. When I confronted the guy at the window he said this shouldn’t be 12.00 so him and a blonde chick who I assume was new because she didn’t know what she was doing was talking either the window shut. She comes back says my card was refunded and they weren’t going to charge me for the coffee....okay cool. Went about my day next day rolls around no refund so I call the “store manager” she says she will look into it. Get a call and she says you have been refunded. “Oh and it also shows you bought that coffee then came back around and got two more with a discover card!” Umm no I don’t even own a discover card. She continues arguing with me about a refund I never received. She tells me to come in and show her proof. So after I get off of work I go their and surprise surprise miss manger not their. So one girl calls her I hear the girl says no I haven’t looked at her phone yet but she has it ready. I get on her workers “cell phone” where she tells me on their end the refund was done. That it will take a few days to show on my end. We are on day 5 still no refund!! 12.00 for one medium coffe?! Not worth it and won’t be returning! Beware that location rips people off!!

Consistently impressed with the entire staff at this location. Tonight I showed up to grab a coffee at 8:00 pm ( the locations closing time ). Carson and Brooklyn were willing to open their locked door, and still make me a coffee even though I'm sure they were ready to go! They were friendly, and thanked ME for coming in. I give this location and these employees an easy 5 stars!

Good coffee. Good selection of morning snacks and sandwiches. Nice people....

Great drinks and food. The workers here are always so friendly and get mistakes fixed quickly on the rare occasion when they make them.
