I actually don't usually come to this location anymore. It used to be the only one in the area, but now there are others closer to me. I did always have great experiences at this location. They also remodeled the entire store in the past year to a more modern feel (although I miss the old decor). The one TERRIBLE thing about this location is that it's insanely busy. I don't think I have ever eaten here without waiting in line. On the weekend it gets even more insane. I wish the restaurant was a bit bigger.

When you frequent Cafe Rio as much as I do, you learn that there are good and locations. This location is pretty consistent and my go-to. It is almost always busy when I'm there, but they get through the line really quickly. Service has become a little less friendly lately and newer people at the start of line mix up their ingredients. Is it sad that I know better than the workers what should go in my tostada? If you're new to Cafe Rio, it's worth a shot. Everything is made fresh and there isn't anything bad on the menu.

This is a great location. It's generally very busy, but the service is quick. There are a few others around the valley but this is my favorite location. It's the cleanest, has the best service and is in a great location.

My husband and I love Cafe Rio in general but we have some major complaints about this particular location. We've been there three or four times and they never get the order right, we usually end up paying for something we don't get when we pick up the order. Today in particular was ridiculous. I ordered online and my husband had to wait in line for 40 minutes, well after it was supposed to be ready, to pick it up. In the order, I didn't even get the basics that come with the meal I ordered, let alone the extra sides I asked for and payed for. Then when I called in to complain, I called 4 times, was transferred to speak to a manager and sat on hold for a grand total of an hour waiting for them to pick up. Once I even heard them pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Apparently their location is terrible because not even the manager can do their job. We will never go to this location again.

Avoid this location at all costs, my office either orders out or eats in regularly, 9 times out of ten the phones in orders are WRONG, today I phoned in an order, the female I spoke with was so rude, I asked for the house dressing she says "it's called tomatillo ranch for your info!!" I was sort of stunned so I said "okay so two of those please"... husband orders and heads in, while double checking our orders like I asked him to, both were wrong but he just politely asked for the right type of dressing and also a second since it was phoned in and also paid for, the girl at the register rolled her eyes and shouted for more ranch, the other lady chuckled, rolled her eyes and said it'll be a while!!!?? maybe 10 people in restaurant and no one in line... my husband grabbed his stuff and walked out, we will never return to this location again as well as I will never treat my office to this place again, ever! Costa Vida is just few min farther and much better service!
