So They have this secret menu, but no recipes for it? If you want something from their secret menu (which apparently is you telling them how to make the drink) be prepared to have the recipe on hand. I loved the butterbeer frap, but honestly would be faster to have the ingredients at home and make it myself. This is the equivalent of showing up to jamba juice or inn and out and having to tell them what to do? Smh get your menu "secret menu" into your system Starbucks.

Usual quality I expect from Starbucks. Good food. Good drinks. Great atmosphere. Fantastic place to study!

I've been going here for several months. Music has been louder then needed at times and the attitudes and professionalism has changed.This morning the barista informed me they were out of cream for the coffee. 6:30 A.M. and they are out of cream. I was given the choice of whole milk, skim milk, soy or WHIPPING CREAM! Waiting for their starbucks shipment of cream because the employees are not allowed to buy a quart of cream from a local grocery store? RIDUCULAS-it's a coffee shop and a venti cup of coffee isn't exactly a dollar. If the night shift ran out, they should have informed the moring shift the night before and the manager or whoever opend at 5:30A.M. should have bought a quart of cream to cover until a shipment came in. POOR QUALITY CONTROL, POOR PROFESSIONALISM ON ALL EMPLOYEES AND THE BARISTA WHO STATED MY CHOICES AFTER INFORMING ME OF NO CREAM-Had a I REALLY COULD CARELESS ATTITUDE.

Customer service not good. Not friendly especially baristas. I was standing in front of them needing assistance and they completely ignored me and carried on their conversation.

The ladies who work at this location are always friendly and quick to get my drink made perfectly.
