My experience at Beaumont was only good because of one individual: Justin Fields, Nursing Assistant Technician. He was the only one who treated me with any care at all. He went above and beyond while I have been admitted for fluid in my lungs. Justin is the best member of the nursing staff here. If I ever need to return, I hope that he is the one in charge of care, because he has just taken the bull by the horns in making sure all the doctors and other nurses follow my care instructions. I cannot recommend that young man enough. Terrific nurse and will make a wonder health care agent in the future.

I had a breast augmentation today. All of the nurses were absolutely spectacular. Smiling faces. On top of things. Doing their jobs and making sure I was comfortable. I was in suite 104. Every single nurse was just magnificent. The hospital was great. The lady at the desk took her job to seriously. Very demanding and all business no smiles from her. The rest of the staff was just really amazing. I was very impressed with how I was treated. I've been to grosse point Beaumont and was treated terribly there multiple occasions.

Whoever designed the new parking garage needs to go back to school.  If you go to the top and it is full there is literally no way to turn your car around to come down.  The garage itself is very narrow and I saw a lady back in to the car behind her.  The garage was totally full today.  What will happen when the expansion is completed?

Only thing good I can say about the hospital was the ER wait was not long at all. Other than that, this hospital is terrible. I'm not sure which hospital is worse Garden City or Beaumont. Let's start off with they refuse to run any test on my heart after the ECG or the EKG results was fine. They told me that I need to go see a cardiologist because that's not their job. Their job is to make sure nothing life threatening is happening. Which I found highly disrespectful because of the doctor tone of voice. She had a attitude and she was mean on top of that. Then the security guard was arguing with someone else that was visiting a patient. Don't nobody got time for that sis.

I went to Emergency on Wednesday morning with lots of pain on my leg and knee. They sent me for X-Ray. I was crying and screaming because of pain I had and wasn’t able to move my leg. 
This was around 10:30 or 11:00in the morning.
The old lady who was suppos to take a X-ray didn’t care about my painful leg (which I wasn’t able to move it ) and brought it up an through it on table while I was trying to do it slowly to avoid getting more pain. I was about to pass out. 
After that she understand how much pain I have.
If that lady can’t be patient with patients needs to leave her job and stay home. 
This was the worst experience I had in emergency room.
