Great camp ground. It was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were tent camping and had a spacious site with dome privacy fencing. The free ranging bunnies were a big hit with our kids. Woke up one morning with 2 large bunnies at the tent door looking for handouts. The kids feed them our gramcrackers. There were baby bunnies near the office that were also quite friendly. Beaver Lake was very convenient to all the sites in the area. Bugs were not a problem

Big campground with lots of nice trees. Very nice bathrooms. But the campground needs attention. Lots of trash strewn about. Paper, plastic, refuse. The fence around the kids playground--which is terrific--has fallen down in places. Kids kept walking over it and through our campsite as a result. Again, nice place, nice people, but for the price I paid, I expected grounds in better condition.

We always enjoy our stay at Beaver Lake. We try to camp there a leas two times a year and the sites are large with lots of shade. The owners and staff are great and the bunnies are fun as well. They are also pet friendly.

Great location, great grounds. My negative is you have no cell coverage except at a "cell phone hot spot". You could use wifi connection for phone calls, if your phone supports that. Very beautiful surroundings

We will NOT stay here again! This was our first time trying and staying at Beaver Lake Campground. The spots are very close to one another with very little privacy throughout the campground though the showers were clean. Despite their quiet after 10p.m. rule, both nights we had people outside talking until at least midnight. The first night there were a group that was very loud and kept talking and drinking until past 3:00a.m. We got very little sleep due to the loud and disruptive group camping that night. Parking was also an issue, we had two other people park in our assigned area which should not have been there while we were out touring the area for the day. We had to ask one of them to move over more to allow us to be able to get in and to drive closer to our spot since we could not get in. Roz and staff running the office were not the most gracious nor welcoming to us and did not make us feel welcome, its all business and no customer service. In fact we were about to leave the first night and go to another place but decided to stay the course and will never stay here again or recommend others to stay here.
