My best friend was looking for a home and we started the search together. She's an intense researcher and did probably as much, if not more homework than I did on all the communities in Forney. We knew she'd love Devonshire as soon as we drove in. It was charming and most fit her wants and needs. We immediately found a beautiful spec home and the search was over!

Frank, the salesperson is probably one of the best salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her builder on her home, John looked out for her and built her a stunning home. I remember she asked if the building process was always that smooth and I told her--I wished! I should've posted this review earlier this year when she moved in, but thankfully one of my clients is looking at this community again and I cannot wait to work with this crew once more.

It means so much to me when salespeople go out of their way to treat a client like someone they care about and not just a dollar sign. As a realtor, I've had great and not so great experiences with builders when working for my clients and I remember this one was not only seamless, but I LOVED working with them!

My client and best friend adores them as much as I do. We chatted today and we both agreed that Frank is the best! She said she felt John looked out for her like a Dad (her dad is awesome btw, so that's saying something.) Thank you Beazer Homes at Devonshire for being wonderful and not only giving me an incredible work experience, but for treating my best friend like family. I highly recommend this community to my clients looking in the area!

They should get way more than 5 stars, but that's all I've got :)
