It's a good real estate agency, and they have wonderful agents that walk you through the entire process. A 13 year old would understand the entire process, because they are that explanatory.

Built and purchased and new house. Kind of weird procedures like they want you to do a credit app before even showing you the houses and wasn't really happy about that but after we did the whole process are happy with the house. Good luck contacting them once you have closed but overall happy with the purchase and bang for the buck.

I found the perfect home with LGI was qualified buyer with 20% down. They would not extend close date by 7 days and tried to put me in a different home or told me I would lose my earnest money. I had to have an attorney look at the contract neither was true. Sales person was great too bad he is working there. The manager should be fired. Poor customer service  at LGI. Be careful what they try to tell you.

I'm extremely disappointed that I was quoted a price, and not called to be informed before a price increase occurred. For a company that claims to value integrity I have a hard time seeing how that is true when you do not honor prices quoted. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as a result.
