Had to exchange chairs from the Roseville location and this team was awesome! They put the chairs together for me and were fun and in good spirits while we waited. They went so above and beyond, we bought them a couple pizzas! I'd drive 21 miles outta my way to shop here again.

We are redoing almost every room in our house. We went to American Frieght with 2 sets in mind, we knew we were buying one of two that day. There wasn't anything to sell us because we were already sold. That being said. The sales people working there were so annoying that I almost walked out. They wouldn't leave my husband and I alone to decide on what we wanted, we were there for only 5 minutes when the woman kept saying "let's get this one signed right now, you better hurry". She asked if we had money to buy it or if we were just doing layaway within minutes of meeting us.... Asked if we wanted a warranty BEFORE we committed to buying anything.... I seriously almost walked out. It was the worse sales technique I've ever seen. I had already been there & knew what I wanted and so I bought my furniture, great price, same day delivery. They have nice inventory & it would be a great store however I will not go back. They literally do not leave you alone!! We have 2 bedrooms & a dining room to still re-furnish. I was previously planning on going there for everything but I won't after yesterday. People don't like being treated that way. Give them time to look, don't hover. I wonder how many sales they lose this way? Probably Alot.

If I could give the Burnsville location ZERO stars I would. I have NO CLUE how this location is still in business. I came in with my husband December 29th to purchase a couch/love seat. I'm not HORRIBLY picky, BUT when we found one we liked, I made it VERY clear on more than one occasion I did NOT want a floor model. I was assured by the pushy sales associate I would not get a floor model. The set was delivered the next afternoon, and as soon as the delivery men left, literally not even 30 minutes later, I notice the couch is extremely slanted and crunched in on one side. Its a reclining sofa, so this totally ruined the recline, when i looked under the recliner i notice the mechanisms are shoved up into the bottom of the couch, and that's why the couch would not recline. It was broken. I then start inspecting the couch further, and notice it is in fact the same floor model we sat our asses on the night before. I called and spoke to the manager Jason who seemed helpful at first, and said no worries ill put in a new order and you'll have the couch within 4 weeks. A month and a half goes by, and I'm calling to see whats going on, and the employee "doesn't see anything in records but will let me know when the order comes in". Ok. Another month passes, I call back and the same run around happens with a few more employees over the course of the months. I finally talk to Jason, the manager who originally said he ordered it and he proceeds to tell me the couch wasn't ordered because the piece was discontinued months ago. SO, I said "basically I've been being lied to every time I call here." He says "pretty much". So at this point its been 3 months and I'm pissed. We continue to try calling getting NOWHERE, until finally I call the home office and get a hold of the VP of sales, Doug who tells my husband we can go in the store and pick out a new set free of charge and have our stuff replaced. He says I will be in Minnesota this week, you can come in when I'm there so you don't have anymore run around. The week passes and nothing, so we call and ask if he's still coming, and he says his trip here got pushed back to next week, we can either wait for him, or go in and Jason will help us. OK well the next week goes by and NOTHING, we call the VP, and he's now ignoring our phone calls, we later find out its because he doesn't work there anymore lol. So we say F it and go in and pick out some furniture all the while Jason is over in the corner acting like hes straitening up the store, making snarky faces and comments. We pick out furniture, and end with Tyler saying its gonna be delivered today 3/27/18. The whole damn day passes and NOTHING. So we call and get the ORIGINAL associate who sold us the floor model saying don't be upset with me, UM this all started with you sweetie. I ask to talk to Jason and they say he's not here, she says I'm gonna fix this for you let me figure this out and call you back, HAS NOT CALLED ME STILL LOL. Then we find out shes the assistant manager, LOL and Jason was there the whole time. The ass just didn't wanna fix the problem. so we call ROSEVILLE location and ask if we can transfer our account to them and deal with them. We went and had the whole problem taken care of in 20 minutes. DO NOT go to BURNSVILLE LOCATION. They tell you whatever they need to say to get you out of the store or off the phone, and idk if they think people are just gonna FORGET about a damn broken couch or a problem they're having or what, but they are horrible. TYLER sat there saying "your couch will be there on Tuesday" knowing full well he didn't place an order. Jason stood right next to him and didn't even wanna deal with us, hes a prick. Beonca just tries to make sales and is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Go to Roseville, had lots of business with them for many years, never any problems. John and Rod are VERY nice, helpful and professional. Jason on the other hand, needs his ass kicked. The whole store needs to clean house on ALL the employees. So 3 months later, we are FINALLY getting somewhere.

Very nice staff. Got a quick run done from a worker the moment we walked in how the layout of the place worked. Gave us recommendations and space when we looked around but was always accessible and close by when we had questions. Didn't hesitate to look things up for us and even went above and beyond to write down measurements for us.

Went in with my mom today and great customer service they are super helpful and really kind.
