I have been looking for the ugg comforter set EVERYWHERE. I called almost every store I could and they simply couldn’t help me to find what I needed. I called this bed bath and beyond and this AMAZING worker named Lisa helped me to find exactly what I needed and I was very impressed with her interest in helping me in every way possible! When shopping during Black Friday at the Bed Bath and Beyond on West Broad St. near Gaskins, I requested that they price match an item in store. Something that is part of their guarantee. They refused to price match this item and I was forced to purchase the same item at best buy who was happy to price match and receive my business. I placed an order at the same time in house at Bed Bath and Beyond. The order was for a 9 quart crock pot which was not carried in store. A store employee offered to place the order and ship the item to my home. When the item arrived it became apparent that the had pulled a bait and switch and sent me an 8 quart instead. When I called to speak with the store manager. She thought it was funny and laughed through the whole conversation and said they don't even carry a 9 quart. She then told me I should have gone behind the counter and looked at the computer myself to ensure the order was correct.  I had also filed a formal complaint with the corporate office about the price matching and they could care less.  This is truly a corrupt was of doing business and this will be the last time I use this company.

Love bed, bath and beyond.  The inventory is great and the staff upbeat.  I wish the aisles were wider or they need to come up with baskets more streamlined to pass one another 🤗

Terrible experience and employees would not help with an item.  Multiple employees.  I suggest going to another store.  Work on your customer service skills.
