I went there and purchased some cigarillos. A store rep belittled me and indicated that she knew nothing about drugs or alcohol to a co-worker. This store judges people. Maybe I like cigarillos every thought that. So basically the store rep is better than me because she doesn't smoke or drink. Oh yeah if you smoke cigarillos you're a drug addict as well. If that's the case maybe don't sell them. Just a thought😁

Well, you know how most Wally Worlds are... busy, understaffed (at least with competent employees, that speak/understand English), and many times, out of the one item you specifically went in there to buy... which makes having made the effort even MORE frustrating. I know this has personally happened to me on several occasions (ESPECIALLY at this Short Pump location), and not for the same items, either. They're notorious for overstocking junk you DON'T want, and understocking what people REALLY need. Apparently, their consumer buying analysts don't do a very good job of analyzing some of our 'needs' or 'requests', and therefore miss the mark a bit. Oh well, I for one won't buy something unless I either need it or decide I really want it, and for that to happen, the product better hit my loyalty buttons, otherwise, it's staying on the shelf.

The self-check out really help with the longer wait time to exit.   Overall Service has been continuously improving year over year.    5 star rating when its easier to navigate the store

I always love Walmart. Especially this Short Pump location. Always has everything and it's super nice.

This is a much better Walmart than the one in my town. Someone even asked me if I needed help once. I was stunned.
