I dropped off a prescription and was told to come back in 30 minutes. I asked if I could use the drive through for pickup since I would be coming back with my toddler and they agreed. After attempting to go through the drive through 45 minutes later I was left unassisted in the pick up lane for almost 20 minutes. After 20minutes they finally responded and informed me of the price (which was higher than normal). I agreed since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. They then asked if I could come into the store to confirm additional information. At this point my toddler is asleep in the car so I asked if it would be possible to just pay and get my prescription at the drive through. They then told me I would need to come back IN ANOTHER 20 MINUTES because they didn't fill the prescription because they assumed I didn't want it.... what?! Absolute worst customer service I have received in a long time. I understand that they are "medical professionals" and probably not well versed in basic customer service, however, anyone in any field should understand that you don't completely ignore customers. Though the prices are typically cheaper it's definitely not worth the now hour and a half hassle with a toddler. I will not be using the pharmacy in the future. If you're in a rush or expect any resemblance of customer service this is definitely not the place for you.

I have been shopping at this location since it opened. I own a business in the area and spend TONS of money at this location of Walmart. Today, I was treated in a manner that was totally unacceptable and disgusting, as far as customer service goes...all for $2.68! Everyone knows that Halloween candy is marked down on November 1st. I went in to buy about $100 worth of candy. Two of the bags did not ring up correctly. The cashier refused to honor the sale price. She was impolite and told me that the picture I showed her didn't prove that my Nestle Crunch fun size bars were part of the Halloween candy sale. REALLY?! I had to force her to go get someone else to help. And she actually turned her back on me and started walking away WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HER! The guy she brought back (who was NOT a manager) told me that they couldn't give me the sale price because they were going to put that candy back on the regular shelf, since it wasn't in Halloween paper. I told him that good customer service would dictate that he give me the sale price, since it's marked that way and pull it off the shelf before anyone else gets to it. But, he refused. So, I told him to take everything off and I'd just go buy my things at the Meijer across the street. I'm really disappointed in how they handled this situation. I could have paid full price, but why should I have to?

Never have charged, working amigo carts. When lucky enough to find one, the Battery indicator drops to 1 or 2 bars very quickly. Have complained to store several times, usually to weak responses. Called 800 wall Mart to complain, no results. They must not care about disabled customers. Both Woodhaven and Southgate locations.

Just a wlamart. I dont find anything special about this one. Dont really feel the shelves are very neat. Are even stocked very good . i come here mainly for my prescriptions. And look for a deal.

I had so much stuff in my basket I just knew I went over my budget. I went over my budget by $12 when I thought I went over by $100. That's what shopping at Meijer will do to you. This Walmart will always be my favorite and I will continue my loyalty and switch back to Walmart.
