Went in there today to buy my grandson a pair of high-top sneakers, needed help and all I found was this rude hateful skid-row attitude of a guy working there whose name was Prince. Never smiled, was totally unprofessional, needed help at the kiosk and told me it's easy to do, you should be able to do your self. Totally rude and unprofessional, I cannot believe that Kohl's would hire this born loser. They need cameras in this store so that they can observe this loser in action. That being said, I did go find the manager, his name was Shay and he did help me with everything I needed help with, he was kind and respectful, totally professional. They need to put smiling, professional, helpful people back in the shoe department. I hope this matter is corrected, because this is really wrong. Kohl's has a great reputation, but with people like this, they could lose customers. Nobody but nobody wants to be waited on by unsmiling hateful unprofessional people. There should be no place in Kohl's for people like this.

I left off a star because the clearance sections are extremely unorganized and the racks are filled beyond capacity. Items other than clothing are just thrown on clearance shelves throughout the store. Unfortunately, they can't control the customers that just ignore the items they let fall off the hanger onto the floor and leave the clothes they didn't want strung up in the fitting rooms. However, management could control and prevent some of the problems. They could station someone in the fitting rooms to assure that the same number of items that go in the room come out. They could add more racks so that you can actually go through and see the items especially clothing and intimates. Items are just randomly put on a clearance rack, regardless of what it is, or what size it is (Junior items hung in plus items) . Other locations are not like this at all. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful, that's never an issue, but they too just put clearance items wherever. The store is clean, it's just cluttered and unorganized causing it to appear dirty. They have nice things and good deals, however this location needs improvement and more staff. More items would sell if they are where they should be. We decided to check all clearance racks in female clothing after discovering some misplaced items in juniors and we purchased 6 additional items for my daughter that we found in the woman's plus section. Had we only searched the junior area, we would not have bought them.

You can find good deals on items at this location with the rewards program and coupons, however the store manager, Elvis, is very condescending and rude and it’s clear he hates where he works. I tried to approach him for help because he was standing in the front of the store by the registers not doing anything and he immediately snapped at me, insulted me, and dismissed me. If you want someone to totally ruin your day, see Elvis! Unbelievable that his behavior is even tolerated by others..I thought the store manager is supposed me to be an example for other employees?

Shopped here for awhile but they really like to be misleading with their sales. Staff isn't that great either.

Accidentally bought two of the same thing, the cashier spent 10 minutes of me sitting there being rude because I asked to just void the whole thing and buy one. Then the manager came, rude and dismissive, and sent me to the customer service line where there were 12 people in line to return their things. Very disappointed with the rude and dismissive way things were handled.
