I typically use the self check out and like doing so. But this visit was a little different, I scanned an item, the price was too high, so I deleted the item. Big mistake, the computer prompted I sales associate. Needless to say, I stood there for quite some time until someone came. My point being, any one should be able to delete an item and continue scanning his or her order. So much for quick check out via self service...

Since target only accepts calls, not emails, on their website, I'll make my feedback here and hope it's seen. I just waited in line for 20 minutes to return an item at the customer service desk, even though only two people were in front of me when I arrived. There was some kind of issue with the return that one of them was trying to make, but the one employee staffing the desk moved very slowly and did not call for help. As she was chatting with the next customer (i had been waiting over 15 minutes at this point) I asked her politely if she could call someone to help her (there were also several people behind me at this point), and she replied no, because she was almost done. No one else was called to help, and I made it out after 20 minutes, but who knows how long it took those behind me. Poor service... If this employee didn't have the sense to call for help, a manager should have seen what was going on and stepped in.

Litterally I never buy anything from here because everything is too expensive besides clothes, toys, and phone cases ( i time to time purchase) but i love tooking around target

Clean and well-stocked, this is your typical Target experience. More expensive than Walmart but the quality of goods is more or less the same. Target's house brand of groceries are very good!
