Costco left me with doubts now. I have been a Costco member for a great amount of years. However, they have DISAPPOINTED ME. My friend bought me a Dyson vacuum at this Costco in late November. It was a gift for my new house. I finally got my house and moved in couple days ago. I opened the box and I was shocked. It is scratched and there is dust inside the vacuum. Additionally, they are missing parts. I never expected this to happen as I believed Costco would check their product before putting it on sale. I WAS WRONG. I found a return label on the box, dated a few days before my friend bought it. One shock after another. I went back to Costco customer service. The Korean lady was so rude and refused to have me return it at first. It pissed me off even more because this was their fault in the first place. It doesn't matter when I open the product but the product should be new and well functioned. I requested the manager but she was busy and let her process my order. To be honest, I wanted to exchange it because I wanted the vacuum. However, the lady refused to and gave me back a cash reward card. From now on, I will triple check all the products from Costco. Costco, you have lost my trust.

Often busy location. Signage could be better, especially for car service area. Keep moving products around, especially for the seasons. Checkout needs an express lane or self checkout kiosks, since that's the worst part about Costco. Great selection at food counter. Customer service staff could be friendlier.

Always a big fan of Costco. The location is easy to reach, it can getting crowded in the parking lot, try to go during the week. Items are all in season, well organized in the store. Sometimes doesn't have enough promotion items stored in place. Overall it's a good place to go shopping and save.

Good for shopping in bulk. They started keeping more organic stuff which is great. Choices in electronics is not much. Overall , good place to get cheap quality stuff.

Be careful buying green vegetables. Check the dates. Some of them are several weeks old. They look fresh but they go bad fast. Also, the potatoes were all soft and were marked March 1st. If you check in the back you'll notice on top of the racks new boxes of the same potatoes marked March 12. Basically they wait for the old stuff to go before bringing in the fresh. Same with the fish make sure you read the dates on tye packaging. They do have good choice of organic merchandise but again make sure you read the labels and dates. I have been a Costco member for years because but recently I reduced my shopping to some important household stuff. If I am lucky and notice some fresh fruits and vegetables I buy, otherwise I prefer the other grocery stores. So many times I had to drive back and return food to Costco that I am tired of it. I like buying electronics at Costco.
