The clothes were organized and not jammed into the racks. The fitting rooms were very clean. Even the racks in fitting room were very organized.  The shoe section was very neat and organized.  I heard the store manager giving instructions to another employee and he was very polite to his co workers. Even behind the registers I noticed all employees were helping one another. The only thing I would want to see changed is to clean up and organize the clearance rack in the home section. Items were broken and still on display.  Even though the line to the registers were LONG every register was open and each employee was very kind to the customers and one another. Thank you.

This place was horrible. There was empty boxes on the shelves.Customer service was horrible they upcharged my items because it had clearance which they ripped off the clearance tags for about 10 of my items . The place was very disorganized. All the employees looking at children with mean looks which was very disappointing 🙁🙁🙁

Typical TJ Maxx. Good prices, good selection to include name brands. Nice for odds and ends like luggage, furniture, etc. In addition to clothing of course. Women's selection much better then the men's but that is normal. Lines can get long but move quick. Parking fills up but there is plenty.

Horrible customer service. An item was marked with a clearance sticker, which we took to be the sale price. At the checkout, it scanned at that price, but just as we were paying for our purchases, our cashier ripped the tag off of the bag and said it was "wrong." She then began insisting that the price was wrong, despite there being no evidence to show this. She called over her manager, who backed her up and said the clearance sticker was probably placed on it by "little kids running around the store." We were given no further explanation. First of all, even if the sticker WAS accidentally placed on the tag, it is ridiculous for the store to try and dodge responsibility for such a mistake by blaming it on children. Secondly, it is standard practice for stores to still sell the item at the marked price, even if it is mistakenly labeled, as this is not the customer's fault. Finally, both the cashier and the manager acted unprofessionally both in their rude manner and lack of explanation for their actions.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a terrible experience with this store. I tried to purchase an item I found on sale. Without a word, the guy at the cashier took the item in the back and left me waiting for 5 minutes while he had a discussion with another employee. He comes back with a new price tag on the item and says absolutely nothing to me. I went ahead and asked him why they changed the price and only then does he tell me that the original price tag was incorrect. They made it seem like I had tampered with the tag and added it on myself. (Mind you the price tag was completely intact and showed no signs of tampering.) 

Stores normally honor the prices that are on their products. It is not my fault that the price tag was wrong. And in any event, the least they could do is apologize for the inconvenience caused.
