Clean store. Friendly staff. Somewhat reasonable prices. Great coupon opportunities. Wide variety of items you can't find at the local stores. Would recommend.

This will be lengthy. But it's worth the read to make sure it won't happen to anyone else. I am SO displeased with my order. First off, my story begins back on December 24th of 2016. I ordered my sister in law this game with standard shipping. When I was expected to be seeing it at my door it never showed! I called the customer support and told them I was never sent a tracking number but was trying to figure out where my order was, so they took the rest of my information and said there is no evidence that I ever placed an order! But the money was taken out of my account. They told me they were sorry and could refund me. I never received my $30 refund! Today in the mail came my order.. it is March 7th of 2017, I am so upset. I already bought the same board game from a completely different store due to them telling me that I was going to be given a refund. I will NEVER shop from this Company again.

Good variety of products at reasonable prices. The people are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
