The store offers quite a variety of choices.  It is set up as a smooth flowing  nearly seamless transitions from one department to another. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.  Great prices. A pleasant shopping experience.

would give a "no stars at all" if possible. these people are rude, the company is not safe (ask about the baby that was killed when the forklift knocked merchandise off on it) and the stuff they sell is cheaply made. the plastic fittings were cheaper than other places and then I found out why. they failed while I was gone and the break filled my house with water and ruined 3/4 of my furniture.

Today, was a great. I found all the items I went to purchase that was in the sales add, and every sales person was very helpful. 
 Even those sales persons that worked in different areas of the store. Each one physically took me to the location of the items I was looking for.  Only one sales person was a little snappy.  But overall, it was pleasant and the bathrooms were very clean. Sometimes I wish I were a secret shopper. Especially when they get snappy with you. But, Menards is still one of my favorite stores.

I have over the last 12mths spent well over $6000. In your store. Have always been treated with respect up until today. Couldn't have had a more customer unfriendly, rude cashier. Her name was Ashley. Then when we went to pick up from the yard, she had put that order was filled. Therefore causing more b.s. at the guard shed. Which she was none to friendly herself. 
   If this had been my 1st visit to this store it would've been my last.

Just received very poor customer service from a supervise at the checkout line, who could not resolve the issue appropriately, did not apologize for the store's error and told me I could go back and talk to the lumber manager. Don't put people in supervisory positions who do not have approriate skills. There are plenty of other hardware stores around.
