Lowes readily price matched my microwave, which is certainly a plus. Unfortunately, it took an incredibly long time to get help in the appliance section. To further my disappointment, the microwave came in late, and it took over an hour to pick it up from the store when it eventually arrived. I would recommend shopping local small businesses for appliances before going here.

I want to give a special thanks to JD at the Fairview Heights Lowes. I recently purchased a new home and wanted to change out the lock on my front door.  JD not only helped me find the perfect lock but he keyed it to the key that matched my other doors and gave me some tips to make installation easier. It was so nice to have someone actually volunteer to help me and not just point me in a direction.

I had come to this location after not getting service at the Belleville location. I had a pretty easy sale,  I already knew what I wanted and looked it up online that showed it was available for pick up at that location. 
The item was not the area that the app said. There was a worker named Shakeem that offered to assist. 

Akeem was so helpful! He went out of his way to look for quite a while. Just when we thought we weren't going to be able to find it, he found it! Not only did he find it, but he got a big cart, loaded it on and helped take it to my car!

I am so pleased with his service that I will only be coming to this location!

I ordered appliances in June and I still don't have them in November.  They've had my money since June though (pretty sure that's illegal).  Good thing my old appliances are still working.  The appliances wereready to be delivered in Sept, 3 MONTHS after I ordered them.  Lowes claims this is Samsungs fault.  However I still haven't received my rebates which I want BEFORE they take away my old appliances and I'm stuck with the new ones.  I called customer service and was told to mail in a receipt from the store (I ordered online) that had my invoice number.  The store claimed they couldn't give me a receipt but customer service could.  Eventually I was given an invoice number but it ended up being the wrong number so I had to resubmit 2 months later after my first rebate submission was denied.  They said I had to mail the resubmission, that I couldn't do it online.  6 weeks later they claim they never received my resubmission and they process it over the phone (why they couldn't do this to begin with is beyond me).  So now it's been over 6 weeks since my re-resubmission and I call and they tell me resubmissions can take up to 8 weeks.  Someone less patient would have canceled the order a long time ago.

Waited an hour + for the flooring we ordered to be brought up from the back. Very applagetic and o don't blame the girl from customer service. It's just ridiculous that it took that long after arriving late to begin with.
