I originally met Carnot in the Bowie store and was impressed enough to go to Gambrills when I was ready to purchase. Our association over mattresses has spanned the last six months and not fixing problrms. Carnot is all about customer service and getting you what you need. Trust him.

I placed an order for a mattress on Tuesday 8/14 with delivery scheduled for the following day between 11:15am and 1:15pm. The driver calls me at 12:15pm stating that they are at the wrong place. There are two places with my street address in two different cities, Jessup-correct and Bowie-incorrect. I gave him the address to our leasing office and a detailed explanation of the one left turn he needed to make once on that street. It's around 30-45 minutes between the addresses, give or take for traffic. He says okay and says he will call when they are close. Around 3:00pm, I get worried and call the driver back. He tells me that the order had been cancelled, that they were now out of state and to call the store. The order was never cancelled, per what I was told by the employee at the store. So it gets pushed back another day. The new window then becomes 430-630pm. No show, no call. I call the store and am told the window got pushed back to 6:10pm-710pm. At 6:50pm I call the store and get the same thing, new window of 7:20pm-8:20pm. No call and no mattress in that timeframe. 7:56pm a manager calls me to make sure everything was delivered and okay. I informed him that we still had not heard or seen anything. He tells me that he will track it down and call me back in a few minutes, before the stores close at 8pm. Here we are at 9:23pm, no calls, no customer service available (close at 8pm as well), no contact for either the driver or distribution and no way to receive updates. I forgot to mention that we disposed of the old mattress the morning of the initial delivery, Wednesday morning, so have had to sleep on the couch. Also, today is my boyfriend's birthday. I would have been more than happy to meet them at the store and follow me home. No suggestions or additional attempts were made by those I have spoken to, in any regards. I am extremely frustrated with the apparent lack of effective communication between the store, distribution and the customer. This will be my last encounter with this company.
