Do you like to sleep on sheet made of orphan tears? This is the place for you. I can't really bash the store for their pricing to much, but the cheapest cotton fitted sheet I could find for my queen was 99.99(not including Clearance items). I can in mainly because there had been a 50% off add for some items. That's mainly not for bedding which is what I came for. Amazon had better prices on the same items but couldn't get the staff to price match though they were very friendly about it. Personally im a bit to cheap to drop 1k on my sheets and pillows but I guess some people are loaded like that. Couldn't find Christopher Walken for the remote either.

In person, the employees are helpful. But their telephone skills could use a bit of improvement. Calling to find an item at this store was exhausting. The first time, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. Second time, I was transferred twice, then spoke to someone who again put me on hold. I actually sent my husband to the store at the start of the second call, and he was able to find the item before the employee returned to phone.

A bit more overwhelming that your typical Bed Bath & Beyond, I think mostly because it's in a slightly small space. Parking can be pretty tough to find at this mall, especially on weekends and nights. Good selection though, and friendly staff. Isn't too hard to find what you're looking for.

Cecilia customer service was more than what I expected! She helped my parents with all their needs time and time again! 😊 She's an awesome person and employee! She deserves many more leadership opportunities in your company!
