Best time to visit is from opening to about 3pm. The selections are minimal but, it's organized and you don't have to fight  a mob to get the outerwear you're looking for. Great finds for quality coats/jackets too.

It's dead here and the selection is mediocre at best. You're better off going to the one at Arundel Mills

If you are not petite, juniors or even a xl, there will not be any selection for you. Women's coat rack is pathetic to say the least. Its a short rack with only 20-25 coats, sweaters or jackets. Most are duplicates. I was very disappointed in what they call "A coat Factory"!!!
