Since the new doctors took over, this office had transformed! Dr. Achilles and Dr. Luh are absolutely incredible. Both are extremely attentive, very friendly and compassionate and very thorough. Having my first broken bone and being a cash pay patient, I was very nervous about the process and what to expect. They walked me through, step by step. From X-rays, to surgery, to casting and healing! The staff went above and beyond to give me the best care possible and find me the best prices available! I would recommend them again and again!

Really do not know where to begin. I suffered a broken big toe, lacerations and nail was ripped off. I needed a Dr close by so I could Lyft. I lucked out. I had a very bad ER visit and was not adjusting well to my new accidental injury. Read into that I am NOT a good patient. It is a toe so normally not much can be done to fix it but mine is a hot mess. Dr Luh and his staff was very understanding. Dr Luh explained everything very well. And left no doubt of his ability and commitment to providing the right care. His whole staff was very kind and I know it could not have been easy between Husband not being convinced I needed more treatment and me NOT wanting my injured toe touched. Great job by all and they make me want to be a better patient.

Beware. They are making a massive profit by selling you equipment marked up 800% of what you would pay elsewhere. They tried to charge $250 for a $30 foot brace and would not let me return it when I learned of their attempt to scam me, despite the fact that I never opened the box. I made a good faith effort to pay them a reasonable amount for the device. They cashed the check for the payment, then sent my account to collections for the full amount, effectively stealing from me. They are a prime example of the unbridled greed inherent in the healthcare industry in this country.

I broke my toes shortly after a friend did. We compared our care and felt that I recieved a conservative number of xrays and visits at Bedford Podiatry while she was told to visit much more often and had many more xrays. I personally prefer conservative care especially in a case where all you can do is wsit for the body to heal itself.
