Could not get an appointment after over a week of trying to schedule it; the lady making appointments doesn't return phone calls regularly. She was more interested in financial data than medical care. Insisted on a lot of personal information over the phone before she would schedule the appointment. Attitude went further downhill when she realized I had the military healthcare insurance. I'm a retired Marine. I wouldn't recommend them if you have TriCare insurance.

I am not impressed. If the doctor is 1.5 hours late, it's just business as usual, if you're going to be 5 mins late, there is no way they can work around it. Getting a call back is absolutely impossible, the admin front desk staff is just good old fashion rude.

Dr. Flores is an excellent care provider, and I would call on him again in a heartbeat. My issue is with their MRI department. Apparently they charge you one amount for the MRI but, since they do not have an on-staff radiologist, they use Irving Radiological to read the results. That of course entails a second rather large charge which most insurance companies do not cover. This was never discussed with me on the phone even though their billing office swears that I was informed (I wasn't). Also apparently there is a sign to this effect in the MRI room-of course you spend the majority of your time either in the waiting area (no sign) or in the MRI machine. Maybe that would be a better place to post a notice?
