Dr. Schoffler operated on my toe in April. I found the receptionist and the office staff very friendly and the nurses were caring and concerned with my comfort. The wait time, in the outer waiting room and the exam room, were comparable to what I have experienced at other doctor appointments. I felt that Doctor Schoffler and his nurses were very competent and invested in my recovery.

Horrible experience!!! Was diagnosed with charcot foot. Wore a boot for 18 weeks. As I began to question him about a matter he began accusing me of not being honest about my own health issues. My!! As if lying would help my foot issue. I dropped him for another Dr. She said I did NOT have Charcot foot and took me out of the boot. My foot is doing well now. I was thoroughly insulted and mistrested. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Horrific!!! Carol in the office has ZERO compassion! I'm writing a very detailed email/note to google review and yelp. Do not waste your time and money! Please go elsewhere. I strongly urge you to stay far away.

I was offered a nursing assistant job there in 2001...I had no nursing certificate, although I had taken courses leading to a nursing degree. DR. Schoffler, and Dr. Achille were the only 2 physicians. It was a very busy office, and I was so excited, to have such an opportunity. Carol was office manager then. All was well, I performed all x-rays, mixed and ordered all x-ray fluids, vitals, sterilized all instruments in 5 exam rooms, cleaned all rooms, went over pre and post op info with patients, charting, ordered clinic medications, called rx in for patients, prepped patients for in office surgery, set up all surgical trays, prepared local anesthesia syringes, assisted Dr. during in office surgeries, passing cutting and cauterizing devices, bandaging, casting..alot of work!!! First....my father in law died in our home..unexpectedly. I immediately had to get to the house, and my husband. Then have his services, etc. Carol, the manager was extremely angry that I had to leave, and take days off to take care of funeral arrangements and such. She had said to me, that she thought I should not have left the morning he died..he was found dead by my husband! Carol stated "I don't know what the big deal is, he was old and sick anyway!"...it was rude, cold and shocking. Then after that, a patient was to have surgery on her left foot, I did the pre-op info. Patient signed the papers, and the foot having the procedure was marked with marker...but Dr. Schoffler cut into the right foot, the wrong foot. THE kicker was on my day off, Carol called, I answered and she told me that the Dr. didn't need me any longer! I had never been late, was there everyday, never written up, nor reprimanded, I learned alot there, was proud of my work...I asked why I was being fired, or laid off, and I did not recieve an answer or reason....I was very upset...I filed unemployment, they tried not to pay it, after a while, it was determined by Texas Employment, that they terminated by employment without cause, and I recvd unemployment.. found out later, he had a niece, wanting to work there...so I was even angrier. When my year of unemployment ended, I filed for and extention of unemployment benefits and recieved that as well...! Not very compassionate, !!

Every time I have appointment I wait for at least 30 minutes to see doctor. My last appointment was today. They told me that my follow up appointment would be free. When I went to check out today, they said only if it was 14 days after procedure. I was not aware of this policy when I scheduled follow up appointment. Bedside manor of some of the doctors in here is not too much to be impressed with. Especially given the amount of time you have to wait to see them.
