I have been a patient of this facility for many years.  I recently received a jury summons and requested a letter to be excused, due to a medical condition that I have suffered with over several years (Ulcerative Colitis).  I was refused that statement, by the nurse(s), even when I tried to convince them that I was really worried about being confined and restricted if selected as a juror.  I have served on jury's before and was not trying to get out of it.  I actually liked the position, but the older that I have gotten, the UC is harder to manage when I'm not in control of it.  I was very disappointed in the choice they made.  I wish everyone at this facility well, but I will never go back.

My husband and I used to go here, and the Drs were great, but just as everyone else has said, the office staff is absolutely awful. You would think after reading all these reviews, over a long period of time, they would do something to fix this, but it’s been obvious this isn’t the case. My advice would be to really reconsider who runs your office, and the staff you have in place, because it’s causing you to lose patients.

I have two daughters seeing Dr Zarosky . He is a great doctor we love him so much but the front office they are terrible especially her name is Ginna she canceled my daughter appointment without confirmating with me first and they made me wait in the office for an hour waiting for the flu shot . And she didn't even said sorry but she was so rude and not polite and she waisted my time and my daughter time from the school it is so bad that they are the image for Dr. zarosky . Now I know why the office has all this bad reviews

If you hold a busy calendar I would suggest another facility until they can resolve their operational issues. My appointments are consistently "behind schedule" at least 20 minutes every time. 

The providers, staff and facility are great. They need to take care of the scheduling issues.

I've been going to Mid-Cities Care and more specifically Dr. Zarosky since 2013. He is a fantastic doctor. He is patient and listens to you...even my bizarre theories that I've created via the internet and respectfully disproves them and helps find answers for whatever issue brought you in for a visit. He encourages questions and does his best to make sure you do not leave with any uncertainty. Contrary to recent reviews, I've never questioned his care or professionalism because both are present in every appointment or just passing while in the office (I've had to see other doctors while his schedule was full). I would and have recommended him to friends and family. 

The office staff does have some obstacles to overcome when it comes to politeness, but we all have those days at work. I am more forgiving toward them because they do interact with sick people all day. I know how whiny and impatient I am and could not imagine dealing with a room full all day. They have always remained professional and answered/addressed any questions or concerns of mine.
