He was very patient, helpful, and available at all hours. The house we now purchased we went to see on a Saturday and he worked with us until late in the night to submit the offer and worked for the next week, at times late at night to get an offer we finally accepted. The rest of his office was extremely polite and nice and always made us feel welcoming. Lindsay who also supports David was extremely polite and helpful also! More over purchasing a home is no easy process and we always felt David had our best interest in mind and was always looking out for us. David provided great insight into possible renovations and also had great experience with observing possible issues with houses we looked at. David was extremely forward and fought for us and in the end we got a great deal and a great house! We highly recommend David as your realtor, especially in a city where realtor's are abundant. Having a realtor with high recommendations is a must.

Alison McCubbin by far has been the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend Alison as your realtor. The home I was selling didn't last long on the market...thanks to Alison.

From start to finish, the process of buying our first home went much smoother than we could have ever expected with the help of the Dwight & David Group. Working with Jesse Oakley and David Bediz was comfortable and they made complicated information easy to understand. Our needs were put first before anything else through every step - from home search, to loan, to the offer, negotiations, and closure. The Dwight & David Group had and continues to have our backs!

Very impressed and grateful to use them. Our realtor provided us very detailed information and step by step of how the entire process will unfold. He was also vey approachable and accessible to all the questions that arise. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Having worked with few other agents in the past, this is hands down top notch service. I already recommended them to a good friend of mine
